how to place an order?
To get the orders processed quickly, please place the order through our website. Orders placed through Facebook/Instagram may take few days longer to reply back and process.
how to make payments?
Bank transfer details will be shared at checkout and sent to your email after placing the order. Please send the payment slip/screenshot via email and mention your Order ID as the payment remark. Kindly complete the payment within 3 days of placing the order.
Do you do cod(cash on deliveries)?
Unfortunately, we do not have cash on deliveries.
when will i receive my order?
Orders will be delivered within 7 working days after order confirmation and full payment. Customized orders may take longer than standard orders.
do you have islandwide delivery?

Our delivery partners will contact you before delivery to confirm availability.
If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to customer-related reasons, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, the return cost will either be added for re-dispatch or deducted from the refund amount.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Items must be unused and in a good, resellable condition.
Products must be securely packed in the original packaging provided to avoid any damage during return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
An unboxing video is required as proof, clearly showing the issue at the time of opening.
Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable return or delivery charges.
Please note that refunds may be declined if items are not returned in resellable condition or are damaged due to improper packaging.
